Hello everyone,

is it possible to add new air forces, or at least change the names of existing air forces and their markings?
I already looked for such an option in the FA Toolkit, but I didn't find anything.
Hopefully someone can help me.

Friendly regards from Germany,
Raven

I believe you can only change country names. IIRC it involves hex editing the FA.exe file. Open the file up and search for the name of the country you want to replace. There are several instances, such as Russia, Russian, etc. Try changing these to the name you want.

You can get a hex editor from a place like Download.com:

Some other posters might have more detailed information/experience with changing names.

I believe that's really all you can do.

Also you can not exceed the space already used by the default name...

Russia is 6 characters, so the new name must be 6 or less...

Etc...

At least not unless you want to do some hardcore EXE editing...
