the fritz missile-x was the first anti-ship missile and perhaps one of the first guided ordinances ever. It was steerable using a tiny joystick and used radio command guidance. However due to jamming they later became wire guided.

But it had no camera in the nose to assist guidance. Just a flare in the tail to aid the pilot in miaintaining visual lock with it to guide it...
