I have been playing your playset and found an inaccurate load out for the Yak 38.
It is armed with Sidewinders instead of Soviet aams.

I have enjoyed the missions and the more accurate shapes of F14, F15 and F18 when I added the SHAPE files.

Keep up the good work! :D

Best Regards,
Pappy

Glad to hear you are enjoying it.

I do appreciate players pointing out any errors they may have found.

In the case of the Yak-38, I chose to give it the 2-pack Sidewinders (for now anyways) instead of making the Russian equivalents.

The improved shapes you mentioned are thanks to Hawke.

I also noticed that the load out for the AIDC Ching-Kuo is over it's load out weight.

Thought you should know.

The play set is a good work! :D

Best Regards,
Pappy

I did that on purpose. I modded that aircraft when I built the Taiwan campaign. The computer players will still fly even with it overloaded. The human player, however, will have to make some tough choices.

This is fun. It gives me a chance to review some choices I made during development.

No problem.
I understand the why.

Have a Happy New Year! :)

Best Regards,
Pappy

What is new in playset v 1.6?

Could you give us a preview before the roll out?

Best Regards,
Pappy

I've also converted my already modified version of the Vladivostok Campaign from using US aircraft & weapons to using Russian aircraft & (most) weapons.

The Russian aircraft are game defaults of the SU-24, -25, -27, MiG-29M, and the TU-160.

Due to hitting the file limit (as discussed in another thread), some items from the playset may get retired, but will still be accessible in the ftp folders.
