I have found that you can enter .05 into the minimum altitude box for a SAM and you'll get about 300 ft of deck space that you can run in under the SAM engaugement zone. But once you enter the .05 and close the page you cant go back in or it will reset to 0, and you'll have to re-enter the .05 .

What about setting it to 300 in the min alt setting wher eit has turnrats and max alt. etc

That's just the missile settings. IN what you describe is the tracker...so in essence what you set it to there would mean it couldn't track you that low.

was testing that "other" min alt setting you spoke of , a little bit last night. It works but theres a BIG fudge factor to it. When set at 500 , I would get fired on from 300 on up, but still usefull and more stable than using the TWS setting. I only have 1 or 2 missles I would use that for anyway, but I WILL be using it

So should I go to my SAMs and edit the appropriate TWS and RWS min altiude sttings.
